Order Processing & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by MVD Pharmacy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, prescription issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • In case of cancellation, we will inform you promptly and issue a refund for any payment made.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified on the product page.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order through our secure payment gateway.
  • MVD Pharmacy does not store your full payment card details; such information is handled by our payment processor.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on your location, product availability, and courier logistics.
  • The delivery schedule stated is an estimate; delays due to external factors may occur.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and status updates via email/SMS.
  • Any delivery issues (e.g., lost package, wrong address) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: You can request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Returns/Refunds:
    • Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, except in rare cases like manufacturing defects or wrong products.
    • For eligible non-prescription items, returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your prescription, and your delivery details.
  • You accept responsibility for safeguarding your login credentials and account security.
  • Misuse of the website—for example, fraud or unauthorized prescription use—may result in account suspension or legal action.
