Thank you for shopping with MVD Pharmacy. We are committed to delivering your medicines and healthcare essentials on time and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will typically be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Prescription Verification

  • Orders for prescription medications will be processed only after a valid prescription is received and verified by our licensed pharmacists.
  • If the prescription is not valid or incomplete, we may contact you or cancel the order.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 1–3 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹2499.

  • Orders below ₹2499 may incur a flat shipping fee of ₹70.
  • Any express or same-day delivery services (if available) may have additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS or email.
  • You can also log in to your MVD Pharmacy account to track order status in real time.

Delivery Partners

  • We partner with reliable and verified courier services for safe and timely delivery.
  • In select areas, we may use our own delivery personnel for faster local service.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery up to two times.
  • If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us and marked as undeliverable. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are correct while placing the order.
  • MVD Pharmacy is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Issues

  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect package, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
