At MVD Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product delivered was different from what you ordered.
  • You canceled your order before it was shipped.
  • Prescription not verified or approved (in case of prescription drugs).

🚫 Note: Medicines once delivered cannot be returned or refunded due to regulatory restrictions, unless they fall under the above exceptions.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Cold chain items (like insulin, vaccines)
  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
  • Medicines returned without proper justification or delay in complaint

Refund Request Window

  • You must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will typically reflect within 7–14 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we may request your bank details for a direct transfer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., missing item from combo packs, price adjustment, etc.).

Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • If canceled post-dispatch, shipping and handling charges may be deducted.
